By making a booking and/or purchasing an air ticket through the Website, the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms and conditions of cooperation with LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "LIBERTY CONSULT" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

Important: The Service Provider acts as an intermediary (agent) between the Client and airlines/booking systems and is not a party to the transportation contract.

1. Booking Procedure

Bookings may be made самостоятельно by the Client or with the assistance of a manager via the Website, messaging platforms, or other communication channels.

The Client must provide accurate passenger details:

• full name (in Latin letters exactly as in the passport);
• date of birth;
• passport details (if required);
• contact information.

Important: The Client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. Errors (including name mistakes) may result in ticket cancellation or the need for paid reissue without refund.

The booking can be verified via global reservation systems (e.g. www.viewtrip.com).

2. Purchase Conditions

Creating a booking and/or making a payment does not automatically guarantee ticket issuance.

To issue a ticket, the Client must confirm the booking and provide all required information within the specified time.

An air ticket is considered issued once it has been generated (ticket issued) in the reservation system and delivered to the Client.

Important: Ticket prices may change before issuance depending on airline tariffs, seat availability, and exchange rates.

3. Payment Methods

• bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account;
• online payment by bank card;
• other methods agreed between the parties.

The booking must be paid within the specified deadline. If payment is delayed, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

4. Ticket Delivery

The electronic air ticket is sent to the Client via email or another agreed method.

Important: The Client must check the ticket immediately after receipt (passenger data, dates, route).

5. Rules and Liability

1. Passenger and baggage transportation is governed by airline rules, international conventions (Montreal, Warsaw), and applicable laws.
2. The Service Provider is not responsible for actions of airlines, including:
   • flight cancellations or delays;
   • schedule changes;
   • denied boarding;
   • changes in fares or conditions.
3. Airlines may change fares and fees without prior notice before ticket issuance.
4. After ticket issuance, airline fare rules apply (including refunds and changes).
5. The Service Provider does not make decisions regarding ticket refunds or changes — such decisions are made solely by the airline.
6. The Client is fully responsible for:
   • visa requirements;
   • passport validity;
   • entry/exit regulations;
   • other travel requirements.

Important: The Service Provider’s service is considered fulfilled once the booking is made or the ticket is issued.

The Service Provider’s service fee is non-refundable.
