Rules for Purchasing Railway and Bus Tickets
1. General Provisions
The automated self-service system tourservice.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), operated by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "LIBERTY CONSULT" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), provides users (hereinafter referred to as the "Clients") with services for booking, processing and payment of transport tickets.
The Service Provider acts as an intermediary (agent) between the Client and transport carriers, including Ukrzaliznytsia, bus stations (OPAS), and other transport companies.
- Ticket booking with collection at the ticket office. The service is considered provided from the moment the booking is completed and a unique booking code is issued to the Client.
- Purchase of electronic tickets. The service is considered provided from the moment the electronic ticket is delivered to the Client.
Important: The Service Provider is not a carrier and does not perform transportation services.
---2. Registration on the Website
To place an order, the Client must register on tourservice.com.ua.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including name and surname matching the identification document.
After registration, the Client gains access to a personal account where all orders are available.
Important: All actions performed using login credentials are considered actions of the Client. The Client is responsible for keeping them secure.
---3. Online Railway Ticket Booking
The System allows Clients to select routes, travel dates, trains, coaches, and seats, and to book tickets through Ukrzaliznytsia systems.
- Standard and child tickets are available (discount categories depend on the carrier);
- Maximum of 4 tickets per order;
- Booking is available up to 45 days before departure;
- After payment, a booking code is provided.
The booking code may be presented at the ticket office in printed or electronic form.
Important: Tickets are issued only upon presentation of a valid identification document.
Once a paper ticket is issued, the booking code becomes invalid.
---4. Electronic Railway Tickets
Electronic tickets are available for certain Ukrzaliznytsia trains (including Intercity+).
- The ticket includes a QR code and does not require exchange at the ticket office;
- It can be presented on a mobile device or in printed form;
- Up to 4 tickets per order;
- Payment must be completed within a limited time.
Important: Boarding eligibility depends on the carrier and the successful scanning of the QR code.
---5. Online Bus Ticket Booking
The System allows booking bus tickets through bus station systems (OPAS and others).
- Standard tickets are available (discounts depend on the carrier);
- Booking is available 30–45 days before departure;
- Payment must be completed within a limited time;
- The booking code is available in the personal account.
The ticket is issued at the station ticket office upon presentation of the booking code and identification document.
The Client is responsible for timely ticket collection.
---6. Refund Policy
Railway Tickets
Refunds are processed in accordance with the rules of Ukrzaliznytsia.
- Carrier fees are deducted;
- Payment system commissions are deducted;
- The Service Provider’s service fee is non-refundable.
Bus Tickets
Refunds are processed according to the rules of the carrier or bus station.
- Carrier fees are deducted;
- Booking service fees are deducted;
- Banking fees may apply.
7. Liability
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- cancellation or delay of trips;
- schedule changes;
- refusal of transportation;
- actions of carriers (Ukrzaliznytsia, OPAS, etc.);
- errors made by the Client;
- technical failures of third-party systems.
The Service Provider is responsible only for the correct processing of the booking.
---8. Final Provisions
By placing an order and/or making payment, the Client agrees to these Rules.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time without prior notice.
tourservice.com.ua provides booking and payment services but is not a transportation provider. All transportation obligations are carried out by the respective carrier.
