Offer
PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT (TERMS OF SERVICE)
This document is an official public offer of LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "LIBERTY CONSULT", registration code 46257114, duly registered under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), and contains all essential terms for the provision of services to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
In accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”, this document constitutes a public offer. Any actions by the Client aimed at ordering and/or paying for services shall be considered full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
Acceptance of this Offer means that the Client has read, understood, and fully agrees with all terms without any reservations.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Offer — this public proposal to enter into an agreement.
- Acceptance — full acceptance of the Offer by submitting a request, making payment, or providing data.
- Services — consulting, legal, translation, organizational and related services.
- Client — any person who accepts this Offer.
- Request — a service inquiry in any form.
- Result — consultation, document, or completed service.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Service Provider undertakes to provide services, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for them.
Services may include:
- consulting services;
- document preparation;
- translation services;
- support and сопровождение;
- organizational services;
- agency and intermediary services.
3. AGREEMENT CONCLUSION
The Agreement is considered concluded upon Acceptance.
- submission of a request;
- payment;
- submission of documents;
- confirmation of consent.
Electronic communication is legally binding.
4. SERVICE DELIVERY
Services are provided after receiving necessary data and payment.
The Service Provider may engage third parties.
The service is considered delivered if:
- a consultation is provided;
- results are delivered;
- actions are performed;
- no claims are submitted within 3 days.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
- provide services properly;
- ensure confidentiality;
- inform the Client when necessary.
The Service Provider has the right to:
- request necessary data;
- suspend services;
- refuse service;
- change terms;
- engage third parties.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
- provide accurate information;
- pay for services;
- verify documents and data;
- comply with applicable laws.
7. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are determined individually.
Payment may be:
- full prepayment;
- partial payment;
- stage-based payment.
If the Client cancels after work has started, the Client must pay for completed work.
8. REFUNDS
Refunds are only possible if the service was not provided due to the fault of the Service Provider.
If work has started, no refunds are provided.
Consultations are non-refundable.
9. LIABILITY
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- decisions of government authorities;
- visa or document refusals;
- actions of third parties;
- Client errors;
- technical failures;
- loss of profit.
Liability is limited to the amount paid.
10. PERSONAL DATA
The Client consents to the processing of personal data.
Data may be shared with third parties for service execution.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials belong to the Service Provider.
Copying without permission is prohibited.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Parties are not liable in case of force majeure events.
13. DISPUTES
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or under Ukrainian law.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Offer is valid from the moment of publication.
The Service Provider may change the terms at any time.
